What the converter changes
The converter compresses the original JSON into a dotLottie archive with a manifest. It preserves the animation data instead of rebuilding its shapes. The size comparison shows whether packaging reduced this particular file.
Images and player support
Packaging JSON does not fetch images from external URLs. Embed those assets in the JSON before conversion. Use the resulting archive with a player that supports dotLottie. Changing the extension of a JSON file alone does not create a valid archive.
